If no times are available for registration, we are at FULL CAPACITY for testing on the selected date.
We do take insurance, but if we are not in network with your provider you will receive a bill. If you do not have insurance, we offer self-pay options prior to service.
RTW Health Services
If you are experiencing severe symptoms such as extreme shortness of breath, contact your physician. If it is an emergency, dial 911.
RTW provides COVID PCR testing and COVID/Influenza A&B Combo rapid testing services to ensure that our patients, clients, and their employees, members, students, athletes, etc., can return to work, school, sporting events, and all other aspects of daily life knowing that they are COVID/Influenza-free.
RTW provides medically based health and wellness services, including community-based testing services. Our focus centers on the design, innovation, and delivery of novel healthcare solutions to solve the needs of our clients. RTW takes pride in the professional execution of these solutions and in assisting in the healthy livelihood of our community.
How It Works
- Pre-registration encouraged
- Please note time slots are approximate and are NOT guaranteed appointments.
- Once you pre-register, you need to create an account with our Electronic Health Record (EHR), Intend.io, with your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Complete the short profile BEFORE you come. This includes your age, sex, address, and a few additional questions about the reason for your test.
Be Prepared
- Please have your QR CODE ready showing the same day of testing.
- Please let us know if you are uninsured. We will be required to attest to not having insurance on your profile. If you have no insurance, you will be charged for the test and encounter.
- Specimens will only be processed with complete profiles.
Walk-up Testing
- Available for PEDESTRIANS ONLY; please do not park your car and attempt to walk up (you will be asked to return to your vehicle and join the line)
